Early childhood care and development

VVIVA established St. Mary’s Nursery school for the OVC aged 3 to 5 years under the care of single mothers, neglected teenage mothers, differently abled mothers, elderly caregivers, child-headed households, etc.

The centre implements center based early childhood development programs to promote physical, emotional, social and cognitive development of children.  Home based care is also done through the engagement of parents/caregivers on child protection, parenting roles, childcare and nutrition, and growth monitoring.
